Whiskey Row Lofts is home to 35 live/work spaces which can be used as a residence, an office, or both concurrently

Unique apartment layouts, sizes, and styles offer a wide variety of choices and monthly rents. Some units have original restored hardwood flooring, elaborate molding, historic doors, and high ceilings. Other units feature polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling joists, open floor plans and small balconies or semi-private decks.

All units include internet and cable tv service, water, and trash removal. All new building systems, appliances, and fixtures were installed during the renovation. Laundry hookups are present in each unit for stack-able machines. Some parking is available in the basement of the building for a monthly rental fee. Pets are allowed with some regulations (see below).

Dogs under 50 pounds are allowed in units with concrete floors and no balcony or deck (pet fees apply).
Pet fees: $300 initial fee plus $20 pet rent per month.
